hand rolled tagliatelle noodles in a garden fresh tomato and basil sauce garnished with black olives

Each serving comes with:

a freshly grated mix of grana padano, peccorino romano and parmiggiano reggiano cheese

a dinner roll from a local bakery

a freshly cut romaine lettuce salad

extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for use as a salad dressing or for bread dipping
