This is an absolute delicacy. Traditionally eaten during the winter in Italy, particularly the Reggio-Emilia area.
Handmade ravioli stuffed with a pumpkin/cheese/amaretti mix, kissed delicately with butter and a balsamic reduction and coated with cheese.
Each serving comes with:
a freshly grated mix of grana padano, peccorino romano and parmiggiano reggiano cheese
a dinner roll from a local bakery
a freshly cut romaine lettuce salad
extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for use as a salad dressing or for bread dipping
utensils
Only 8 Batches are available, so order early.
Batches will comfortably feed 6 adults.
