This time consuming dish is one of my very favorites. It’s worth the wait.
rich meat sauce and creamy besciamella sauce with fresh mozzarella and parmiggiano over penne noodles baked to perfection
Each serving comes with:
a freshly grated mix of grana padano, peccorino romano and parmiggiano reggiano cheese
a dinner roll from a local bakery
a freshly cut romaine lettuce salad
extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for use as a salad dressing or for bread dipping
utensils
Only 4 Batches or 32 servings are available, so order early.
Batches will comfortably feed 8 adults.
All orders must be received before noon on WEDNESDAY, August 4th.
