spaghetti noodles with a very light garden-fresh tomato sauce and rosemary focaccia

Each serving comes with:

a freshly grated mix of grana padano, peccorino romano and parmiggiano reggiano cheese

freshly baked rosemary focaccia

a freshly cut romaine lettuce salad

extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for use as a salad dressing or for bread dipping
