Pumpkin Ravioli Again!

This is an absolute delicacy. Traditionally eaten during the winter in Italy, particularly the Reggio-Emilia area.

handmade ravioli stuffed with a pumpkin/cheese/amaretti mix, kissed delicately with butter and a balsamic reduction and coated with cheese.

Each serving comes with:

a freshly grated mix of grana padano, peccorino romano and parmiggiano reggiano cheese

freshly baked rosemary focaccia from our kitchen

a freshly cut romaine lettuce salad

extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for use as a salad dressing or for bread dipping

utensils

$13.95 per serving or $66.95 per batch

I’m only making 250 ravioli. It takes the better part of a day. If you want some, you should order early.

Batches are available and will comfortably feed 6 adults.

All orders must be received before noon on November 17th.
