The Story
Ok, here’s the story…
I lived in Italy for two years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Being in Italy is amazing. The food is amazing. Everywhere you look there are good looking people. Then you get to eat and you realize that the food is not only amazing, but it’s more than that. It’s a way of life for Italians. We used to go to the local panificio and buy loaves of fresh bread, crusty bread, still warm, and devour them for lunch. There are classic dishes that everyone knows how to make that make you cry, they are so good….
I could go on about Italy and food, but I will refrain. The point is this: I love food. I love cooking. I have no desire to own or operate a restaurant, but I want to be able to share my food and my ability to make it with you. Contadino’s is the only way I could figure out how to do it and make it work for me and my family.
I cook food I love to eat. I cook it fresh. I use the best ingredients I can find. Sometimes I make the noodles from scratch. I make all of the sauces from scratch. When I’m cooking, love gets infused with the food, so if you eat my food, you’ll get my love of food with it.
With that, I say farewell until you make an order and my food shows up at your door. Feel free to email me at tyler.seamons@gmail.com anytime or to make requests.
